Bibliography concerning gorilla conservation, rehabilitation and reintroduction activities of The Aspinall Foundation in Congo and Gabon, March 2013

 By: Tony King

The Aspinall Foundation, Port Lympne Wild Animal Park, Hythe, Kent CT21 4PD, UK

The bibliography below gives a total of over 190 references, arranged chronologically to facilitate future additions, including reports and articles primarily concerned with the gorilla conservation, rehabilitation and reintroduction aspects of the UK-based charity The Aspinall Foundation’s ongoing Projet Protection des Gorilles (PPG), based in the neighbouring Republics of Congo (since 1987) and Gabon (since 1998). The bibliography is clearly extensive, but not exhaustive, and I will be happy to include any references that I have overlooked in subsequent, updated bibliographies.

Some of the more recent unpublished reports are available on the websites of The Aspinall Foundation (www.aspinallfoundation.org) or PPG-Congo (www.ppg-congo.org), while many of the others are available on request from The Aspinall Foundation ( ppgscience@yahoo.com).
